Words for the New Year

There's nothing like the perfect combination of words to help jump start a new outlook on life. Last year I shared Neil Gaiman's quote on making mistakes. (That was a good one!) This year I've curated some quotes on change. I can't say I'm sorry to see 2013 end. It's been challenging on many levels and I'm now ready to take the lessons I've learned from those challenges and apply them to this next stage of life. Yes, it's been that much change that I feel I'm entering a significantly different place in my life. I'm excited to shed some old patterns, and am hopeful that by freeing up some energy I'll be able to dedicate more to the growth of my business. I have so many ideas and intentions - now it's time to make them happen. I thank you for sticking with me, and promise to keep the color and design posts coming!

Oh, and an update on my dad: He's home recuperating. I'm happy to report he's kindly steered clear of the hospital for the last two weeks. And he's got his off-beat sense of humor back, referring to his trip to the ICU as "the day they hauled him away." Yep - he must be feeling better. Thank you for all your loving thoughts and prayers.

Now to the words.

“Life is a series of natural

in whatever way they like.” - Lao Tzu
